Prices and Add-ons
Daily Rental Rates
Daily rental rates vary by season and location, please fill out our bookings form to request prices for your desired dates. Our RV rental rate includes many standard amenities which may cost extra at other companies.
We require a two night minimum booking, and renter must be at least 25 years of age. A $500 security deposit will be placed on renter’s credit card. A 4% fee will be added to credit card transactions, personal checks not accepted. Sales tax of 8.6% added to rental rates.

Rental Requirements
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation. A $500 security deposit and remainder of rental fees will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is 100% refundable provided there is no damage to the trailer, and no items are missing. It can take up to two weeks after rental completion to inspect the unit and see deposit credited back to your card. The Pony Express is a Non Smoking trailer.
Cancellation Policy: Initial 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable. Final balance is refundable up to 14 days before scheduled rental. The $500 security deposit is 100% refundable If reservation is cancelled.
